Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unassembled, and free from damage

    • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized sofas

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
