Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
